Quilted Stocking: December 13 10:30am-3:30pm

Make a beautiful quilted stocking to cherish for years to come! Using the Candlelight Stocking pattern, you will learn basic straight-line quilting and how to assemble the project. Take your skills home and make stockings for the whole family!

Class level: 2 - students should be comfortable using a sewing machine. This is not a beginner learn-to-sew class. 

Materials needed:

• Stocking front: 1/2 yd quilting cotton (3/4 yd for directional fabric)
  • There will not be time in class for making a patchwork stocking front: If you would like a patchwork stocking, please see pattern for details and have your patchwork sewn & ready to go before class 
• Lining: 3/4 yd quilting cotton
• Back & Cuff: 1/2 yd quilting cotton
• 1/2 yd quilt batting, flex foam, or fusible fleece
• 1/2 yd fabric for quilting back (will not be visible in finished stocking)
