We ship everything via USPS during our regular business hours Tue-Sat. We are just shipping domestically at this time.  

We charge a flat $9 for shipping. 

If you are wanting to make sure you get your order before Dec 25, please finalize your purchase by Dec 15th. 

Return Policy

Not Returnable

Cut By-the-Yard Fabric, Trims, Thread, Wound Yarn, Knitting Needles or Crochet Hooks, Books or Patterns, Kits, Sale/Clearance Items 

Possibly returnable

We will accept returns on unopened notions and yarn in its original condition/original packaging/unused with the receipt for 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Those items will be accepted for exchange or store credit in original condition/original packaging/unused with the receipt for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

It is the customer's responsibility to handle any shipping costs with returns or exchanges.
